Create an Account

  1. Tap Register to create an account.

  2. Fill out the form with your information. If you are a Farrier select Professional, if you are a client select Client.

Verify your My HoofTracks Account

When you’re setting up a My HoofTracks account, we'll send a verification code to the email address you used to create the account. If you don't verify your address, you won't be able to create a My Hooftracks account.

Sign in to your email to verify your account

  1. To see if your account is verified, sign into your e-mail account. While you're creating your account, you'll get an email from My HoofTracks. Open the email and find the verification button.

  2. To finish creating your account, click/ tap the blue “Verify Email Address” button.

To see if your account is verified, sign into your My HoofTracks account. If it hasn't been verified yet, you'll see a message asking you to verify your account.


Setting up an Account

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Enter your name, extension name, suffix name, gender, date of birth, email, address, mobile number, and landline.

  3. Click / Tap Save.

  4. You will then be redirected to My HoofTracks dashboard.

    If you're having a problem creating a My HoofTracks account:

    To let us know about the problem you're experiencing while creating a My HoofTracks account, you can email us at support@myhooftracks.com.

Adding a client

  1. Select Add Client from the dashboard.

  2. Fill out the client's name, email, password, confirm the password, and click/ tap Save.

Adding a horse

  1. Navigate from the Add Horse pane or select Add Horse from the dashboard.

  2. Enter the horse name, horse color & markings, gender, date of birth, barn, horse owner, and address.

  3. When you're done, make sure to tap Register.

Adding a barn

  1. Navigate from the Add Barn pane or select Add Barn from the dashboard.

  2. Enter the barn name, phone number, barn email, schedule of the barn, and address.

  3. When you're done, make sure to click/ tap Submit New Barn.

  4. Click/ tap Yes to the "Are you sure you want to save this barn" pop up.

Create an Appointment

  1. From My HoofTracks dashboard click/ tap Appointments.

  2. Select a day or days for your appointment.

    Important: You can only create an appointment if you have entered a barn or your client’s horse information.

Create Services

  1. Navigate from the Services pane.

  2. Click on the blue Add New Service button.

  3. An add new service pop up will appear.

Saving a New Service

  1. Fill out the “Add new Service” form and click/ tap Save.

  2. A “New service has been added!” will appear. This is where you can edit, delete, make the service active, or deactivate.

 

Create Inventory

  1. Navigate from the Inventory pane.

  2. Click on the blue Add New Inventory button.

  3. Fill out the inventory form with product name, description, size (optional), quantity, minimum stocks, cost, selling price, and expiration date (optional), and click/ tap Submit.
